Getting Started

Request Demo Access

Visit the Book a Demo page and fill out the form with your details. We'll review your request and send you login credentials within 24-48 hours.

Sign In

Once you receive your credentials (9-digit Account ID and password), go to the Sign In page and enter them. Your session will remain active while your browser is open.

Complete Onboarding

Answer 3 quick questions about your data comfort level, technical background, and insight preferences. This helps Quobics personalize your experience.

Upload Your Data

In the Workspace, click the upload area or drag and drop your CSV, Excel, or JSON file. Your data is processed locally in your browser.

Start Asking Questions

Type your questions in plain English. For example: "What are the top 5 products by sales?" or "Show me the trend of revenue over time."

Creating a Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard Builder from the sidebar
  2. Click "Create Dashboard" and give it a name
  3. Add widgets by clicking the "+" button
  4. Configure each widget with your dataset and chart type
  5. Drag and resize widgets to arrange your layout
  6. Save your dashboard

Demo Limits

During the demo phase, accounts have the following limits:

AI Queries 15 Total questions you can ask the AI
Rows per Dataset 1,000 Maximum rows that can be analyzed
Columns per Dataset 100 Maximum columns in your dataset
File Upload Size 25 MB Maximum file size for uploads
What happens when I reach my query limit?
When you've used all 15 queries, you'll be prompted to provide feedback on your experience. Your feedback helps us improve Quobics! Contact us if you need additional queries for evaluation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my data secure?
Yes! Your uploaded data files are processed and stored locally in your browser. They are never uploaded to our servers for permanent storage. When you ask questions, data is sent securely to our AI service for analysis but is not stored after processing.
What happens to my data when I close the browser?
Your uploaded files remain in your browser's local storage until you clear your browser data. Your chat history is saved on our servers linked to your account, so you can access it when you sign in again.
Why do I need to sign in again after closing my browser?
For security, your session is stored in session storage which clears when you close your browser. This prevents unauthorized access if someone else uses your device.
Can I analyze multiple datasets?
Yes! You can upload multiple files and switch between them. However, each question analyzes one dataset at a time.
What if my dataset is larger than 1,000 rows?
During the demo phase, datasets are limited to 1,000 rows for AI analysis. You can still upload larger files, but only the first 1,000 rows will be analyzed. Contact us if you need to analyze larger datasets.
How accurate is the AI analysis?
Quobics uses advanced AI models to analyze your data. While the AI provides valuable insights, we recommend verifying important findings independently. The AI is best used as a starting point for analysis.
Can I delete my chat history?
Yes! You can flush (delete) all your chat messages at any time from within the workspace. You can also delete individual conversations.
What file formats are supported?
Quobics supports CSV, Excel (.xlsx, .xls), and JSON files. Make sure your data has clear column headers in the first row.
Why isn't the AI generating a chart?
The AI generates charts when they add value to the analysis. For simple numerical answers or text-based insights, a chart may not be necessary. You can explicitly ask for a chart, e.g., "Show me a bar chart of sales by region."
Can I export my dashboards?
Yes! You can export dashboards as images. Additional export options are coming soon.
How do I get more queries?
Contact us at contact@quobics.com explaining your use case. We may be able to provide additional queries for evaluation purposes.
Is there a paid version coming?
We're currently in a demo/feedback phase to gather user input. Paid plans with higher limits are planned for the future based on user feedback.
